Interested In Being A Guardian Home?

Guardian Home Program:

At Island Doodles we believe our breeding dogs deserve a happy, normal life as beloved family pets. Our Guardian Home Program allows select families to welcome one of our dogs into their home at little to no cost, while partnering with us for a short, defined breeding period.

Guardian families provide everyday love and care, while we cover all breeding-related and prenatal expenses. Our females typically have 3-4 carefully planned litters before being spayed at our expense, and our males are neutered once their breeding role is complete. After, retirement, all dogs remain with their guardian family permanently.

When a female is expecting, she stays with us about one week before her due date and remains in our care until her puppies are around four weeks old. Guardian families are always welcome to visit and be involved during this time.

This program allows us to thoughtfully and responsibly expand our program while ensuring each dogs is raised in a loving home environment.
